Both. Standard packages carry published starting prices so you know the number before you ever contact us. Larger productions — brand films, multi-location campaigns, annual media plans — are scoped and quoted to your brief.
You can reschedule once at no cost if requested at least 48 hours before the shoot, subject to crew availability. Changes or cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable, as crew time has already been committed. No-shows are charged the full booking amount.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the shoot are non-refundable. If your event is postponed, we apply your payment to a future date, subject to availability — we would rather move your production than lose it.
You're involved throughout: your production brief drives the shoot, preview selects are shared within 24 hours when appropriate, and edits are matched to your instructions. Final files are released through your delivery gallery once production is complete.

Every professional is vetted for identity, experience, insurance and portfolio, and works to our capture standards, shot lists and equipment minimums — so results stay brand-safe and consistent no matter who is behind the camera.
Your date is still covered. Replacement coverage is built into our model: if an assigned crew member becomes unavailable, we assign a vetted replacement working from the same production brief and standards — you don't restart the search or lose the booking.

Yes — that's the point of the corridor model. Multi-office organizations get one brief, one point of contact and identical standards in Richmond, Fredericksburg, Charlottesville and everywhere between. Locations beyond our service area are coordinated by custom quote.
Yes. Livestreaming and hybrid event setups can be arranged with advance notice — include it in your brief or quote request so we can scope connectivity, switching and crew.
Yes. Note it in your production brief and we'll build it into the plan — additional crew where needed, plus quick-turnaround vertical content options for posting while the event is still live.
Preview selects within 24 hours when appropriate. Final photography within three business days — or add 24–48-hour expedited delivery. Short-form video arrives in five to seven business days; larger productions get a first edit within 10–15 business days.
Through a secure online delivery gallery — easy to view, download and share with your team. Extended archive storage is available as an add-on.
Yes — professional editing is included in every package; you never receive unedited files as your deliverable. Advanced work such as animation, detailed retouching or additional versions can be added at an extra cost. RAW files are excluded unless separately purchased.
You can request up to three rounds of revisions on edited content to match your brief. Additional changes outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
Once full payment is received, you have complete usage rights for commercial, internal and marketing purposes. By default we may feature selected work in our portfolio or marketing materials unless you opt out in writing — just tell us.
Yes. Our Monthly Content Plans ($995–$3,250/month) deliver fresh photography and video every month, and many clients retain us for ongoing production, editing and campaign support.
