Do you charge travel inside Richmond?
No. Richmond Metro sits on the I-95 corridor, and travel anywhere on the corridors we work is included in your quoted price. There is no mileage line, no zone surcharge and no fuel adjustment on the invoice — in Richmond or anywhere else we go.
Can we shoot at your studio instead of our office?
Yes, and for headshot days it is often the better option. Our downtown production studio at 1108 E. Main St gives a controlled setup with consistent lighting and background across everyone who walks in, plus green-screen, voice-over recording, podcast production and controlled client review sessions. If your team cannot easily leave the building, we bring the full studio to you instead.
How fast is delivery?
Three business days for headshots and event coverage, five business days for brand photography. Video runs two to three weeks depending on scope. A 24-hour rush option is available on photo work — flag it in your brief.
Can you photograph our whole team in one day?
Yes. Headshot days run on a rolling five-minute schedule with a full on-site studio setup, so a forty-person team is typically finished in a single morning without anyone losing an hour of their day.
Do you work with Richmond government contractors?
Regularly. Our network includes professionals who hold individual personnel clearance eligibility — that eligibility belongs to the individual, and it is verified by your FSO or security office through DCSA for each specific assignment.
